Mel Gaynor’s music career started in the 70’s rock band Samson which included none other than Bruce Dickinson in their lineup. After Mels tenure with Samson he joined forces with Simple Minds on their critically acclaimed album ‘New Gold Dream’ touring the album in 1982. The rest is history. Mel joined the band full time, playing together for more than 35 years.
The talented guitarist, James Ford is a successful session musician who has toured all around the world with several well-known bands. The multi-faceted bassist, Sarit Black studied in ballet, theatre, tap, jazz & modern dance, moving onto drums and percussion, then honing his skills on the bass, playing as a founding member in Manchester’s avant-garde rock band David R Black. Influenced by Rush, The Rolling Stones, Lynyrd Skynyrd along with recent artists like Billie Eilish and Royal Blood, which adds more depth to their unique sound.
